Booking Waivers
Before your session, each person attending is required to complete the waiver form.
(AKA - the not our fault form)
Waivers will need to be completed and and ready to show our staff at check in*
*Not having the form completed prior to arrival may chop into the amount of time you have throwing
Any axe-throwers under the age of 18 years old are
required to have a Guardian complete the waiver on their behalf and be present at all times of the booking.
